it's really good I think more like a Mimic skinwalkers talk in the victims voice only the last words before they where killed as the legends go so most likely killed mc mostly on the spot, And the personality changed too hey best friend to I am smitten
I don't usually comment here, but this game was just... wow. Even though it doesn't have any flashing jumpscares, the whole atmosphere was so uncomfortable and Aster's expressions were sooo creepy.

I got two different endings and each of them are very unsettling, but when MC keeps hitting the deer over and over again and it never stops, THAT was disturbing. I felt so bad for both of them...Very great VN game. Although short, i enjoyed playing it as it was actually entertaining and very creative.

This is how i take image of the game, everything written here is unconfirmed and is only my theory. I only achieved one ending so far (Discovering "Aster" hurt and bleeding after hitting a deer by accident with my car) so pls don't judge. So starting from when MC and Aster stopped by the gas station, Aster was probably victimized by a certain entity (Maybe they're alive, maybe not, but i hope they are and we would see the real Aster again soon) which is a skinwalker (Or they call it, i dont really know how else to address it lol) and pretended to be Aster to be able to communicate with MC. So i've been wondering why the skinwalker wanted to be with MC, but recently i only have two theories about it; first, the skinwalker devours or prey on humans. Second, it's been obsessed or in love with MC and have been trying to find a way how to get close with MC. Btw it should also makes sense that the deer is the skinwalker Aster, since it disappeared after MC hit it and skinwalker Aster was bleeding and hurt near the road "without" any reason.Over all i reallyyyy enjoyed playing the game and im in love with it. In case if there's going to be more of it, i promise ill be back and write another feedback. Great job creator/s!
i think ur theory is pretty on point, u got the most lore heavy and probably the definitive canon ending (if the author decides there is one). its very interesting how the skin walker mentions warmth, it would make sense for it to be setting up a chain of food, like the SCP. pretending to be a human, to lure more humans, like a cycle. it is very creepy. and interesting how the skin walker works. because it clearly didnt take Asters actual skin, as his body was still there, and it also most likely wouldnt have been able to kill a whole deer just for that moment. so maybe its a bit like that old minecraft mod, where once you kill a mob, you can transform into it whenever.

I know that Aster was himself until he left to go to the bathroom, and then he turned into some kind ofLa Mimica, or something. This game isn't scary to me at all. I actually find the fake Aster to be an adorable sweetheart, and the real Astor is funny, and cool.Is there an ending where he doesn't get hurt?based on there being 3 endings, and me having gotten 3 different endings, i believe there is no "good" end, although i wish there was.
Well, it is in development, so maybe it will be continued? If so, there might be a good ending.

Have to say, I'm pretty much intrigued by the visual novel! I think I might have gotten myself scared because of the warnings so I was arming myself up for whatever would happen (boi I couldn't even pick the mean options) and honestly I'm so confused over what happened to Aster and what exactly the body snatcher was. It was a strange turn of events because that smile freaked me out. The VN did a good job nailing "Aster"'s slow voice, it felt quite disconnected. Good job with this one!
