Variable Information
Alright, so, so
I wanted to talk about the variable system I used for the game, because it could be a little confusing... and I want to halt any complaints about 'not getting the character you wanted' or something, before they occurred... these are yanderes, isn't it fitting that they choose you instead of you choosing them?
Anyways, so the game relies on 9 variables:
- Manipulative
- Possessive
- Hunter
- Relaxed
- Observant
- Emotional
- Pitiful
- Empathetic
- Luck
The way the love points work is that three of these variables add together to create a total score, which is the love point score for a character.
For example, let's pretend Character A is a sum of Manipulative, Possessive, and Hunter, and lets say you have +3, +2, and +3 respectively. The total love points for the character would be +8.
Let's also say that Character B is a sum of Manipulative, Possessive, and Pitiful. The points for Manipulative and Possessive would be the same (+3 and +2) but the points for Pitiful would be, let's say +1. The total love points would be +6.
Basically, this means that the same option can add to the love points for different characters, since the variables add together.
